Booking & Appointment Policy A £25 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit is deducted from the total cost of your service. Deposits & Cancellations • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows, will result in the deposit being forfeited. • Where a deposit has been paid without securing an appointment date, it remains valid for 28 days from the date of payment. Once an appointment has been booked, the deposit remains attached to that appointment, subject to the cancellation policy above. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time and ready for your service. A maximum 20-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond 20 minutes may need to be rescheduled and the deposit may be forfeited, as delays can affect subsequent appointments. Hair Preparation Please arrive with your hair freshly washed, fully detangled, loose and free from oils, creams, gels or other products, unless advised otherwise. If you would like your hair washed at S|L Studios, please notify us in advance. Our wash service is available for an additional £25. Guests & Children For health, safety and insurance purposes, appointments are for the booked client only. Please do not bring children, friends, family members or other guests/chaperones unless this has been agreed with S|L Studios in advance. Hair & Scalp Health The health of your hair and scalp comes first. S|L Studios reserves the right to adapt, postpone or decline a service where the condition of the hair or scalp makes the booked treatment unsuitable or where proceeding could potentially cause further damage. By booking an appointment with S|L Studios, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
